1. Services

Journeys of Life creates personalized cinematic films using photographs, videos, and other media submitted by customers.

Each project is uniquely edited according to the information provided by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted content.
• Submitted files do not violate copyright or privacy rights.
• All information provided is accurate.

Journeys of Life is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized submissions.

3. Media Submission

Customers are responsible for uploading all project files using cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or iCloud and sharing an accessible link.

Production begins after all required materials have been received.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided at the time of booking.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Project complexity
• Quantity of media
• Revision requests
• Customer response times

5. Revisions

Each project includes a maximum of three (3) revision rounds.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Revision requests should relate to the original creative direction and not constitute an entirely new project.

6. Final Delivery

Completed films are delivered through a secure cloud download link.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing the delivered files.

7. Payments

Production begins only after the required booking payment has been successfully received.

Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before final delivery.

8. Refund Policy

Because every film is custom-created specifically for each customer:

• Booking payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
• Refund requests will be evaluated only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

9. Creative Discretion

Customers acknowledge that video editing is a creative service.

While we carefully consider customer preferences and revision requests, final artistic decisions—including pacing, transitions, music placement, visual effects, and storytelling approach—remain at the discretion of Journeys of Life.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, customers receive personal rights to use the completed film.

Journeys of Life retains ownership of its editing techniques, templates, workflows, branding, and proprietary creative processes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Journeys of Life shall not be liable for:

• Loss of uploaded media caused by third-party cloud providers
• Customer-provided incorrect information
• Delays caused by incomplete submissions
• Technical failures outside our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse projects involving:

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Hate speech
• Explicit or offensive material
• Any content that violates applicable laws

13. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with website operations.
• Upload malicious software.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.
